1. Can I place an order as an individual?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We are a B2B company that only supplies to professional customers in the hardware industry. Individuals can purchase our products through regular sales channels. Check here for the nearest point of sale near you.

2. Can you deliver directly to my customers on the construction site?

Yes, that is certainly possible. We can arrange direct delivery to the construction site or your customers, such as contractors or industrial companies. Please note that there are additional shipping costs for this service. Contact us to discuss the specific details and costs for your situation.

3. What are the shipping costs if I want an order delivered directly to my customer?

The shipping costs for direct delivery to your customer are calculated based on the weight and/or volume of the order. For an accurate quote and more details about this service, it is best to contact our sales department. You can reach them at 0172-250 110 or via info@gb.nl. 

4. Is it possible to return products?

Yes, you can return products under the following conditions:

• Within 12 months of the purchase date
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Minimum return value of €250
• 15% handling fee (minimum €75) will be charged
• Special orders, edge cases, and discontinued items are excluded
• Returns only via GB designated carrier
• Credit against purchase price or lower current value

For returns due to GB's errors, there are no costs or minimum amount. Contact customer service to request a return.

5. Where are your products manufactured?

95% of our products are manufactured at our facility in Nieuwkoop. Our Small Hardware product group, which complements our customers, is sourced in Germany.

6. Do your products meet the relevant standards and requirements?

All GB products comply with the applicable standards and requirements as described in the building regulations. We have the appropriate certificates available for our products. You can easily view and download these certificates here.

7. How can I find the hole pattern of products such as angles?

You can find the hole pattern of our products, such as brackets, in two ways:

1. On the product page: Go to www.gb.nl and search for the specific product. Under the "Downloads" section, you will find all available technical drawings, including the hole pattern.
2. In our Program Overview: The hole pattern is listed for each relevant product in this overview.

8. Where can I find detailed technical information, including calculations for angles and frame support?

For detailed technical information, including calculations for our bracketsand frame support, please refer to our extensive technical manual. This document contains all relevant recordings and technical data you need for your project. You can easily download the technical manual from our Download Center on our website.

9. Can you provide advice on cavity wall ties or create anchor plans?

Absolutely! We offer expert advice on cavity wall ties and can also create complete anchor plans for you. Our technical advisors are ready to assist you. For personal advice or to request an anchor plan, you can contact our technical team:

10. What is the delivery time for my order?

We have a fixed delivery schedule for the different provinces in the Netherlands. You can view our delivery schedule in our Download Center; Product Flyers, Weekly Route Netherlands. This allows you to see when we deliver in your region.

Do you need your order sooner? Contact our Sales department. They can inform you about the possibilities for faster delivery and any additional costs involved.

11. How can I arrange an urgent delivery for tomorrow?

Send your order before 2:00 PM and then contact our Sales department directly to discuss the urgent delivery.

12. Is it possible to pick up an order myself?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our warehouse in Nieuwkoop at Transportweg 35, 2421 LT. Please make an appointment with our Sales department beforehand.

13. Can you make a custom product for my specific needs?

Our Sales department can usually find a suitable existing product for you. For innovative or custom industrial products, contact our technical advisors via techniek@gb.nl or 0172-520110.

14. How do I determine the correct length for cavity wall ties and insulation plugs?

The length of cavity wall ties and insulation plugs depends on various factors in your specific construction project. To help you with this calculation, we have developed a handy cavity wall tie calculation tool.

15. I did not receive a product because it was out of stock. When can I expect it?

The expected delivery times for out-of-stock products are always listed on your order confirmation. Check your order confirmation for this information. If you have any further questions, you can also contact your purchasing department.

16. How do I know which angle brackets to use and how many when installing a frame?

We have developed a free calculation tool to help you determine the correct angle brackets and quantities. This tool is always up-to-date and complies with the applicable Dutch building standard KVT-10.
